Tickets are valid only if purchased through the official UniFest platform. Tickets obtained elsewhere may be void.

Stripe processes all payments. We do not store card numbers.

1.4 Revocable Licence & Chargebacks

Breach our conduct policy

1.5 Event Attendance and Conduct

You must:

Be 18 or older, or 17 with documented parental consent

We may remove attendees for disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behaviour.

1.6 Assumption of Risk & Liability Release

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending a large outdoor music event, including but not limited to crowd-related injuries, weather, noise, and venue conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indiana law, you release SBMG, its owners, staff, contractors, performers, and the venue from any liability for personal injury, illness, property loss, or damage arising from the event, except for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

1.7 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SBMG and its agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from your breach of these Terms or your conduct at the event.

1.8 Arbitration and Governing Law

All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association Commercial Rules in Bloomington, Indiana, pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act. Each party bears its own costs unless the arbitrator rules otherwise. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

1.9 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced by email or on this site. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.10 Severability

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms remains in effect.
