1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the UniFest 2025 ticketing system operated by SB Management Group ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our ticketing platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Eligibility and Access

• Tickets are exclusively available to active members of the 21 participating Greek life organizations
• Valid access codes are required for ticket purchase
• Each organization has a designated ticket allocation limit
• Purchasers must provide accurate information during the booking process

4. Ticket Types and Pricing

Individual Tickets

Group Bookings

• Available for groups of 30 or more
• Custom pricing provided upon request
• Subject to availability and advance booking

5. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase
• Prices are listed in USD and include all applicable fees
• Failed payments will result in ticket cancellation

6. Ticket Delivery and Entry

• Digital tickets with QR codes will be emailed upon successful payment
• QR codes must be presented for event entry
• Valid photo ID matching the ticket holder's name is required
• Screenshots or printed copies of QR codes are acceptable

7. Transportation

• Two bus routes (A and B) are organized based on house location
• Bus departure times will be announced closer to the event date
• Transportation is included in ticket price

• This is a private event for Greek life members only
• Attendees must comply with all venue rules and regulations
• Inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund
• Alcohol policies follow venue and university guidelines

10. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any damages arising from event attendance
• Our liability is limited to the ticket purchase price
• We are not responsible for transportation delays or venue issues
• Force majeure events may affect event scheduling

11. Privacy and Data Protection

• Personal information is collected solely for ticketing purposes
• QR codes contain encrypted ticket verification data
• We do not share personal information with third parties except as necessary for event operations

12. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time
• Changes will be posted on our website
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms
