Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 23, 2025

2.1 General Policy

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be issued except as described below or when required by law. This policy allows us to secure the venue, talent, and logistical services needed to deliver the event.

2.2 Eligible Refund Scenarios

2.3 Non-Eligible Situations

No refunds or credits will be issued for:

Change in personal plans or scheduling conflicts
Weather conditions if event proceeds
Lineup or schedule changes
Partial event completion or early closure once gates open
Transportation issues, failure to bring valid ID, or late arrival
Violation of conduct policies, invalid codes, reselling, or chargebacks

2.4 How to Request a Refund (Eligible Cases Only)

Email sbmgservice2024@gmail.com with subject "Refund Request – [Order #]".

Include full name, order ID, phone, reason, and supporting documents (PDF or image).

We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and rule on eligibility within 7 business days.

Approved refunds are initiated via Stripe within 10–14 business days. Stripe and card-issuer processing times vary; funds may take up to 30 days to appear on statements.

Stripe Fees: Stripe's processing fee (about 2.9 percent + $0.30) is non-refundable to us. Unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled, this fee will be deducted from any approved refund.

2.5 Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute voids the ticket and results in denial of entry. Future purchases may be blocked.

2.6 Policy Updates

We may revise this Refund Policy. Significant changes will be posted here and emailed to all current ticket holders.
