Refund Policy

Important Notice

All ticket sales for UniFest 2025 are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE

This policy applies to both individual tickets and group bookings unless specifically stated otherwise in this policy.

1. General Policy

All ticket sales for UniFest 2025 are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to both individual tickets and group bookings unless specifically stated otherwise in this policy.

2. No Refund Circumstances

The following situations do NOT qualify for refunds:

  • Change of plans or inability to attend
  • Weather conditions (unless event is officially cancelled)
  • Transportation issues or missed bus departure
  • Personal emergencies or conflicts
  • Failure to bring required identification
  • Violation of event code of conduct resulting in removal
  • Dissatisfaction with event experience

3. Limited Refund Circumstances

Refunds may be considered ONLY in the following situations:

Event Cancellation

  • If UniFest 2025 is officially cancelled and cannot be rescheduled
  • Refund amount may be reduced by processing fees and non-recoverable costs
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days

Duplicate Purchases

  • If you accidentally purchase multiple tickets
  • Must be reported within 24 hours of purchase
  • Requires verification of duplicate transactions

Technical Errors

  • If our system error results in overcharging
  • Must be reported within 48 hours with documentation
  • Subject to investigation and verification

4. Group Booking Refunds

  • Group bookings follow the same no-refund policy
  • Partial cancellations of group bookings are not permitted
  • Group coordinators are responsible for collecting payment from all group members

5. Refund Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the limited circumstances above:

Processing timeline

5-10 business days for review • 10-14 business days for refund if approved

6. Payment Method Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
  • Credit card refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
  • We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods

7. Processing Fees

  • Stripe processing fees are non-refundable in most cases
  • Refund amounts may be reduced by payment processing costs
  • Administrative fees may apply to approved refunds

8. Alternative Solutions

Instead of refunds, we may offer:

Transfer Options

Ability to transfer tickets to another eligible Greek life member

Future Credits

Credit for future SB Management Group events (if applicable)

Resolution Assistance

Help resolving technical or administrative issues

9. Dispute Resolution

If your refund request is denied:

  • You may appeal the decision within 7 days
  • Provide additional documentation supporting your claim
  • Final decisions will be made within 14 days of appeal

10. Chargebacks and Disputes

Important Warning:

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Immediate cancellation of your tickets
  • Exclusion from future events
  • Legal action to recover costs
